Who we support

People of all ages and backgrounds

Whoever you are, we start by understanding what you need - then build the support around it.

What we believe

We see the person, not the diagnosis.

Real conversations

No one-size-fits-all. Just real talk about real life, and support that makes sense for yours.

Led by lived experience

Many of our team have their own mental health journeys - bringing understanding you can feel.

At your pace, on your terms

We focus on what you can do and want to achieve - and move at a pace that's yours.

We work with people from all cultural backgrounds, LGBTIQA+ communities, and anyone who's had a hard experience with services before. However things have gone until now, you're welcome here - exactly as you are.

Free NDIS access support

Need help with your NDIS application?

We're now accepting referrals for free NDIS access support - delivered remotely across Victoria & WA.

Most providers only step in once you already have a plan. We take it right back to the start - helping people living with psychosocial disability put together a strong application for the NDIS itself. Very few organisations offer this, because we know how stressful and confusing the process can be.

Who we are: Ellira Pty Ltd is a private disability and mental health support provider. We are not the NDIA, the NDIS, or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we are not acting for them. Applying for the NDIS is always free and you can do it yourself - directly with the NDIA on 1800 800 110. We're simply an option if you'd rather not do it alone.

What you get with our Access Support

  • Understanding the criteria - we talk through what the NDIS access rules actually ask for, so you know what's involved. Only the NDIA can decide whether someone is eligible - we can't, and we'd be wary of anyone who says they can.
  • Evidence support - we guide you on which reports and letters are needed, and how to ask your GP or clinicians for them.
  • Form completion - we sit with you remotely to complete the Access Request or Supporting Evidence Form in clear language.
  • Submitting and keeping track - the application is yours and it goes in in your name. We can help you send it and, with your written consent, check on progress with you so you're not chasing it alone.

How it works - remote only

  1. Consult call - we listen, answer questions and outline the steps.
  2. Gather evidence - we help you collect and prepare the right documents.
  3. Apply & update - we help you send it in, and with your consent we stay in the loop on progress.

Why we do this

The access process can feel like a maze, and an application that doesn't clearly describe daily functional impact is harder for anyone to assess. We can't influence the decision - that's the NDIA's alone - but we can help you describe your situation clearly and gather the evidence the form asks for. We offer this free because everyone deserves a fair shot at being understood.

Important details

No obligation - you don't have to stay with us for ongoing supports; we'll help you apply regardless.

Totally free - whether you use us afterwards or not, the access support is always free.

Victoria & WA - available across Victoria and central Perth by phone, video and email.

Your information - anything you share is used only to help with your application and is handled under our privacy policy. We don't share it with anyone without your consent.

What the people we support tell us

For the first time our plan feels like it was built around us - not the other way around. Ellira listened before they suggested anything.
